1. Scope
This policy covers bonissystems.com. Individual platforms (TerraVault, TrustAI, HealthAgent, DealMatcher) are governed by their own product-level privacy policies.
2. What we collect
Only what you submit: name, email, and message content if you use the contact form. Server logs retain hashed IPs and request metadata for security monitoring. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this corporate site.
3. Knox anchoring
Corporate records (press releases, policy changes, contact submissions) are SHA-256 hashed and periodically anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps. Only the hash is public; source content remains confidential. This ensures records cannot be retroactively altered.
4. Use of data
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries and to maintain security. We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with third parties except as required by federal law or valid legal process.
5. Retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years, per federal records retention norms. Security logs rotate every 90 days.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held on bonissystems.com by emailing jonisfields@gmail.com. Knox-anchored hashes are immutable by design; the underlying plaintext record can be purged.
7. Jurisdiction
Bonis Systems LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
