Bonis Systems LLC
An AI-native firm operating Evidence-Native Commerce infrastructure. Every state-changing event across four production platforms is SHA-256 hashed, aggregated into binary Merkle trees, and anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps — producing records architecturally designed to meet the self-authentication requirements of Federal Rules of Evidence 902(13) and 902(14); admissibility in any given matter is determined by the presiding court.
Knox is a cryptographic anchoring primitive (USPTO provisional 64/038,359) that records any event type with tamper-evident external provenance. The pipeline is deterministic: SHA-256 commitment of the event payload, hourly binary Merkle aggregation, publication of the Merkle root to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps. Every anchor is independently verifiable by any third party against the Bitcoin chain without cooperation from Bonis Systems.
Knox is available as a Blockchain-as-a-Service offering with per-anchor pricing from free (10,000 anchors/month at $0) to enterprise tier ($0.001 per anchor, 1,000,000+ per month, with $5,000 monthly minimum). Production-deployed at terravaulthq.com/knox with a public verification endpoint that resolves any SHA-256 hash to its Bitcoin block reference. Billing automation at Pro/Enterprise tiers is in rollout; current customers are invoiced directly.
Nine production agents wrap the Knox primitive. Six verification agents (documents, registries, counter-parties, pledges, state changes, custody transfers) operate at the point of record creation. Two intelligence agents (collusion detection, surveillance / observation) operate over the accumulated event stream. One continuous-monitoring agent watches SBOM CVE surfaces, multi-tier supply-chain graphs, and OFAC/SAM/FAR exclusion query sets for drift, Bitcoin-anchoring every detected change. Each is REST-API-accessible, Bearer-authenticated, and anchors its outputs to Bitcoin.
- Document Verification
PDF and image ingestion with Claude Vision extraction, template matching for assay reports, safe-keeping receipts, certificates of analysis, licenses, insurance certificates, bills of lading, invoices, contracts, and government IDs.
- Registry Lookup
Unified API. Live adapters: FDIC BankFind, SEC EDGAR. Structural adapters (pilot-ready, not yet issuing live lookups): state Secretaries of State, LBMA Good Delivery List, OCC Financial Institution Directory, SAM.gov entity lookup, USDA hemp, state cannabis regulators.
- Counter-Party Verification
Two-party atomic anchoring with combined-hash commitment. Court-admissible proof of bilateral agreement on identical payload at known timestamps.
- Lien / Pledge Registry
Double-pledge prevention. Public pledge-check without authentication. Active-pledge enforcement at the registry layer.
- Continuous Monitoring
Hourly re-verification of any registered asset, license, or entity against public registries. Status drift anchored immediately with full before-and-after state.
- Chain-of-Custody Transfer
Atomic release-and-accept with combined-hash commitment. Refuses transfer of pledged assets. Walkable transfer history on-chain for any titled asset.
- Collusion Detection
Eight-signal statistical pattern analysis over anchored event streams. Detects signatures of coordinated behavior between parties that should be acting independently. Detection reports are themselves Knox-anchored so the claim carries its own cryptographic timestamp. Metadata-only analysis.
- Surveillance / Observation
Eight-signal pattern analysis over access metadata (source IPs, user agents, timing, latency) of the caller's own anchored event stream. Produces a banded Observation Index (quiet / routine / active / intense) with a self-anchored report. Not attribution; pattern strength only. Raw identifiers hashed before any report is anchored.
- Supply Chain Continuous Monitoring
Register SBOMs, multi-tier supply-chain graphs, or OFAC/SAM/FAR exclusion-screen query sets under your Knox API key. The agent captures baseline state, anchors it, and re-verifies on an hourly cron. Each state change — new critical CVE, new supplier node, new exclusion hit, adversarial-jurisdiction addition — becomes its own Bitcoin-anchored delta. An eight-signal banded drift report is returned on request and itself anchored. Not a risk determination; drift record only.

- Every AI output carries a Bitcoin-anchored receipt binding model identity, input hash, output hash, and reasoning chain. Knox exposes inference-level cryptographic provenance as a single-call primitive — anchor, Merkle, OpenTimestamps, TLA+-verified.
- AI-native operating model. Claude-based agent orchestration is production stack, not pilot. Fast deployment cycles and low-overhead pilot execution.
- Technical moat: the TLA+ formal specification, the hash-chained event log, the on-device Mary classifier, and the public Bitcoin anchoring trail. Priority date for the anchoring mechanism is locked via USPTO provisional 64/038,359.
- Issuer-agnostic, pipeline-agnostic, cloud-portable. Single outbound HTTPS call per event; failure-safe to the caller's critical path; architecture supports deployment to GovCloud or on-premise enclave environments — not yet demonstrated at any of these; reference deployment is Google Cloud Run (commercial region).
- Public verification endpoint. Any third party can verify any anchor without any Bonis Systems cooperation. Audit integrity does not depend on vendor continuity.
